Portal is the UK's leading provider of space and managed infrastructure solutions to 'blue chip' organisations such as Barclays Bank, Powergen and HfS Finance (part of the Capital One Group).

Portal have devised a unique approach to commercial property acquisition. termed Occupier Solution it enable blue chip organisation to acquire the propoerty they needed without the associated risks. It does this by integrating space, infrastructure and support services (including FM and IT infrastructure) into a single operational contract that bridges the gap that often exists between what landlords are prepared to offer and what occupiers actually want.

As this concept was new, Portal wanted to communicate this to the market, so that property directors, and other senior executives would consider the Portal concept rather than rely on traditional methods such as lease or buy.

TTA was appointed 6 years ago to promote this concept using PR and other direct and in-direct markleting measure and now as a result the term Occupier Solutions is well known term within the industry.
